Our family has now been in the area for over 10 years and also owns West One Hair Design in West Hill

5	Terms - Inflatables Terms and Conditions of hire of Inflatables Hire Agreement and Disclaimer Any persons/organisation hiring our inflatables are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Persons using the inflatable do so at their own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the inflatable and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused, For your information, safety and enjoyment please read the following: A responsible adult must supervise children at all times whilst on the inflatable. Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating/deflating. Children are not allowed to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls. Do not allow children to bounce on the front safety step. The safety step is to assist users in getting on/off safely. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each child to play safely. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable at the same time. All our commercial Castles are suitable for ages up to 11; no one over this age should use the castles. We do have Castles for ages 11 to adults available please ensure you have ordered the right one. Do not mix large and small children at the same time on the inflatable. All shoes, badges, jewellery and other sharp objects must be removed. We also recommend spectacles be removed. No food or drinks to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid both mess and possibility of choking. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string as these make a terrible mess and can also stain the inflatable for which you will be liable for payment to clean or repair. No smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable. No pets to be allowed on the inflatable. It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatable. In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety reasons. When safe to re-use switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on. Occasionally check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury and contact us. No one under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs should use or supervise the inflatable. Do not allow rough play. All units are checked on delivery and your signing below indicates acceptance of the Castle/Game as being in good, clean condition. Ensure the extension cables are tidied and out of the way. In the interest of safety we require to use stakes to hold the unit down. These can penetrate to a depth of approx 300mm so there should be no problem with us damaging underground pipes or cables as these are supposed to be much deeper. We can not be held responsible if any damage is caused. Please remember if the castle is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.
6	Terms – Giant Games Terms and Conditions of Hire for Giant Games Hire Agreement and Disclaimer Any persons/organisation hiring our Giant Games and hoppers are responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. Persons using the games and hoppers do so at there own risk. These guidelines are for the safety of all persons using the equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone using the equipment however caused. There is no age limit for the giant games (the hoppers come in two sizes smaller once for the under 11’s and larger ones for 11 to Adults), however some game(s) are not suitable for very young children as the large game(s) such as the Giant Jenga, have heavy parts, and are designed to fall over. The Mega four in a row play board is heavy when erected, and full of discs please ensure that very small children are kept well clear in case of an accidental push over during play. The giant pick-up game is arrow like and have pointed ends please ensure that they are not thrown around. Please ensure that the hoppers are only used on clear level grass, sharp objects on the ground may puncher them. They should also not be used to hit each there with. Any and all damage to, any of the game(s) supplied will be charged for at full retail cost. A responsible adult must supervise the games at all times. The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the game(s) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless (he/she) brings it to the attention of West One Fun when the game(s) are delivered. Please have the game(s) ready for collection in the same state as they were delivered to you – nice and clean - not dirty, and most importantly dry (the weather may of course intervene) IMPORTANT NOTICE Provided that the game(s) (are) used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the game(s) should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. West One Fun or its employees can accept no responsibility or liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused or for the negligence of the hirer, in the absence of West One Fun or its employees. As the game(s) will be in the hirer’s possession and control whilst in use, rather than West One Fun or one of its employees, any liability for injuries or other losses caused rests with the hirer.

If over 10 miles an extra charge of a £1.00 a mile will be made. A £10.00 discount will be made if the games are taken with a castle.
